Glovesales is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product/s supplied by Glovesales, please return it to us in original condition, within 14 days of receipt. Glovesales will replace the returned item/s, refund your purchase price or issue a credit note to be used on glovesales.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition as received.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless an error in supply has occurred. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
How to return item/s:
Your return must be within 14 days of dispatch from Glovesales warehouse. Any claims made after 14 days of dispatch from Glovesales warehouse will not be recognised.
Please email [email protected] to advise that you are returning merchandise, stating the reason of return and make sure you retain the original receipt for proof of purchase.
Products that have been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
